I have no targets at all as regards to my time. First time round I just want to finish without puking/passing out.
Done some stretches and feel hunky dorey. Will try and do 10-15k 3 times a week consistantly for the next few weeks and see how I go from there.
Presumably I should attempt to do the whole distance prior to the event?
