A couple of months ago i won a huge collection of records for £40 on ebay and the seller was clearly gutted, i waited around 10 days for him to respond to my messages but got nothing so reported it to the "resolutions" team. they came back with a pile of steamy shmit as it was a cash upon collection offer and i hadn't sent any money. salt in the wound as he sold the collection individually
