    Feel like my technique is beginning to hold together no mater how fast I go, it's just the breathing that sometimes breaks down.

    I'm going tomorrow, and I'm timing myself for a 750 loop as I need to know roughly how fast I do that and then doing 2 x 1.2km loops .

    Get to ride my mtb there as well = win
