  • If you bought it recently, it's Ribble's problem.

    Possible remedies:

    • Tell Ribble you want a refund. If they say no:
    • If you bought on it on credit card, do a charge back.
    • If you bought it any other way, go the small claims route.

    Bought. Last week, first use.
    They say there's nothing they can do.
    I told them I'm going to do some soga reading.
