BUT if it has to be a shop nearer Blackheath, I would suggest this shop:

Call them up First Thing, ask very nicely if they have, or can build you today a good strong singlespeed 700 wheel. They sometimes may sound a bit slow to respond but they are cool guys (owner Vaidas is a track rider, Lithianian I think) who won't fuck you up with stupid crap. It could be a bit of a mission for you to find it, where are you staying?
There is a shop nearer, imaginatively named The Bike Shop on Lee Green Road, I wouldn't hold out much hope for them having parts ready. Also Comptons cycles in Catford, not sure what they're like mind, might have what you need.
