:-( I hope not again.

I've removed a sentence from the OP as it contained personal conjecture.
I've also removed the word fatality from the title as it is not currently confirmed.I'm now looking for an official source.

Cross fingers it isn't a cyclist. Though it could also be a pedestrian with the crossings there.
BBC Travel say it is re-opened after an 'accident' but no mention of the type of vehicle. They do often say 'between a van and a cycle' or something similar, so hopefully it was just cars cutting each other up or something.

From twitter again, apparently a female cyclist was taken to hospital at 1pm: https://mobile.twitter.com/julesmattsson/status/352772805659594752

I have stopped going that way into work, I bloody hate that roundabout
Hope, if it is a rider, that it's not as bad as it sounds

My daily route as well. I hope it's not as bad as it reads.

Me too. Southbound entry has a gradient that encourages not stopping.

Fingers crossed.
My office window looks directly over the Millbank/Horseferry roundabout. Currently two ambulance cars, two ambulances, two police motor bikes and one police van. Southbound Millbank from the island closed to traffic. No news artciles to cite as the accident has just happened. The sight of a person being carried into the ambulance under a sheet fills me with cold terror.
