Liverpool have as much to offer as any other non top 4 side. A tilt at Europa, a chance for a bigger stage. The buyin for a dream to come true. The opportunity to impress and leave if said dream doesnnt come true.
That includes spurs, arsenal, probably united from this year onwards.
