It's all just bullshit they feed to the fans to get them excited enough to buy season tickets and fill the seats at Anfield. Clearly you're not taken in fully by this propaganda.
You used to have a strong team that could challenge at the top, but at the moment you aren't capable of that. Last season you proved this and you're best (cunt of a) player is on the verge of leaving.
It's a slippery slope, a transitional period if you're lucky. The end if the rest of us are lucky.
You aren't in Europe this season, you are hoping that players of the right calibre will believe the history hype when you try and sign them, but ultimately you don't have anything to offer them as an incentive to play for you this season.
