If anyone is wanting to get into all grain brewing I highly recommend downloading this spreadsheet. It's a clever little thing that helps you get your grain ratios right so you get the right colour and alcohol content as well as telling you what your expected gravities should be. It also helps with your hop weights and timings so you get the right level of bitterness.
