Hands- free kits cost, what, £89, £90? Wrathall chose not to spend this money, and chose to drive a van and trailer while his driving was impaired the same as if he were drunk. He killed someone as he was having a chat with his girlfriend, then tried to blame the man he killed for his own death. Who knows whether he would have been charged if there hadn't been cctv footage found by the cops. I'm happy to describe Mr Wrathall as a terrible, indecent human being.
