I spoke to a Milwaukee Bike Co mechanic about the new NoBS rims, he said that when he builds a Chukker wheel he doesn't see it again for months, if ever. Whilst truing a NoBS wheel he hinted that they were a more labour-intensive rim to own, to put it very mildly. I would stick with Chukker. The Chukker I have on the back of my bike now was built by BLB in 2010, I have never replaced a spoke or trued it: it's down to 45 spokes and true enough for me (+/- 3mm).
The only other alternative is the Halo Aerowarrior, which looks great IMO but I have no anecdotes on their performance.
