Yeah, I've got them on a Ti frame. They make sense since the Ti is light, the additional weight is minimal (checkout the S&S website, there's a calc to work out the weight increase.) In use, there's no noticeable effect on the handling or flex of the frame, whatsoever. The only thing to watch out for it being very careful with the spanner. Ti is soft and you could scuff the couplings if you slip.
As for a retrofit, I would give Jim at Omega a call. He might be able to help. The good news is you won't need a respray afterwards. Good luck.
