Picked up some livers the other day and thought to give them a whirl.
Floured with paprika,salt,pepper and chilli powder.
dipped in egg.
coated in semolina and lemon zest.
shallow fried in chorizo infused oil.
served with new potatoes, fried off with some peppers, garlic, spring onion and a slug of port.
It was pretty bloody good, served alongside a cold sherry.
