Anyway, Gazelle milled all fork crowns to 27.0 (JIS?) to accommodate cheaper headsets.
Most dealers cut it down to 26.4 mm with Campagnolo cutting tools or similar for hi end sets.
Steerer tube seems to be long enough for all types and brands of head sets.
EDIT: I checked with Sheldon and Italian thread seems to be slightly different.
But I cannot think of any frame or headset with italian headset fitting or threading.
So, Gazelle is usually JIS, but in many cases modified to ISO.
To summarize: nearly everything with a 26.4 mm fork race will fit.
