How is this even possible? Totally f*cked up.
It really makes me wonder though, the scooter driver that merely spat on me, got 16 weeks in jail. (maybe because he also spat on an police officer....hmmm) But van man who uses his van as a weapon walks?
The "law" and the system needs re-assessing.
And remove the jury from cases... I imagine anyone who has done jury duty leaves with little confidence. I have done it and was shocked at how one influential juror can skew the group... larger debate>>>
