After a steel track frame (or whole bike, try me) around 55/56.
Preferably 1" headset, 70s onwards.
Don't care too much about tubing or the condition/colour of paint.
Preferably without dents etc.
Cheaper the better, if you've got a beater that you want to give to a needy home let me know. But also considering nicer frameset......
