All of my wife's family lived there straight out off the boat from Caribbean and then they moved to East London when out priced by hipsters and then yuppies in the 80s. It used to be properly deprived immigrant area with illegal clubs, ethnic foods and ting. Everything in place to be a hipster heaven.
