Its a Bobbit Worm (Eunice aphroditois), you might like to know that they found specimens that have grown up to almost 10ft long, they are covered in bristles that can give you permanent numbness if you touch. Oh and because they're segmented Polychaete if you cut one in half, the end without a head will just grown another new mouth and you'll have two of the buggers.
