They do (245mm) but they aren't really for sale.
I swapped my drilled ones for undrilled ones you see on the picture.
http://www.lfgss.com/thread103697.htmlI am currently using them on my Dolan Seta at Herne Hill.

Ill take em if their still goin?
~~Hi all,
Now that I have found a good setup for my track, I can clear the spares I have lying around. #CSB
4ZA Ellyps Carbon Track Forks, 1 1/8th alloy steerer(22.5cm long), undrilled - overall good condition bar one small scuff to the lacquer on the right leg (see first photo between P and S). They haven't had much usage as the bridge has minimal marks. 4ZA is Belgium's leading high-performance bicycle component brand - therefore these have been built in the far east...
These originally came off a 2010 Ridley Oval track bike and came with a Dolan Seta frameset I recently purchase off Resonator (who did not use them). Previous owner were Telescope1608 and Pistoffski - again manily track duties since undrilled. #moreCSB
You will notice that they are exactly like Alpina forks as seen on Dolan / Koga bikes, only with a different finish so good solid forks!
Apparently, you can drill them and it is a fairly simple process, same as the Dolan alpina fork, drill small hole, remove screw and blanking plate, finish drilling. I wouldn't recommend it unless you were a maverick. Maybe you are. If you are, make sure you do a tutorial.
Use: Track / Purist (aka brakeless hipster with a deathwish)
Crown: Alloy 6061 CNC Machined Outside 46 mm
Composition Blades: High modulus T 600 carbon fibre Straight aerodynamic shape
Steering column: Alloy 6061 28,6 mm (1" 1/8)
*Steering length: *225 mm
Drop-outs: Forged 6061 alloy, integrated
*Hub: *100 mm
Rake: 30 mm
*Fork height: *366 mm (700c wheels)
*Weight: *588 g (according to my Park Tools scales)
Price new is £99 / 129€ so £50->£45->£40 seems like a decent price.
I also have an integrated headset for sale here, maybe that'll be of interest for you:
