That's not quite what happens though, is it? If dietary fat is not "processed", you just crap it out. Orlistat, for example, prevents the processing of dietary fats. And makes you shit grease.

My body is storing fat, so I guess it is processing it somewhere. It has never worked efficiently since the gall bladder op.
Would never touch Orlistat or other things. A friend who took it had problems for ages afterwards.
