  • The gallbladder helps with digestion fat, therefore if you loose it you cant digest the fat. The logic in my mind follows that the you could eat more fat without it increasing body fat as your body can't process it.

    However, some people who have had their gallbladder removed have reported symptoms of bloating and diarrhoea after eating fatty or spicy food. If certain foods do trigger symptoms, you may wish to avoid them in the future.

    Its simple carbs that make me fat, fat that increases my cholesterol, and protein that bungs me up.

    I'm sure that it is not the fat in my diet that makes me fat.
