such a nice ride yesterday
wasn't feeling either snappy or peppy on this mornings commute but thats what a dehydrating 90 miler through essex can do for you !
highlights, the resevoir sprint that seemed to go on for ever, i'm sure it's always been shorter in the other direction
seeing the sea
feeling the warm glow of the nuclear
the many beer stops
seeing the sun for an almost continuous 9-10 hours
