  • Terrible week for me, if I'm under 74 tomorrow morning I'll be ok with that, out for dinner and 3 days of out of office all day meetings meant I trained 3 times instead of a normal 7 or 8, eating went to shit, I drank too much and I didn't even have my commute to burn a few calories each day as I was in the car!

    Somehow I'm 72.8 this morning!

    In fairness id been too scared to get on the scales since thursday so my weight could have been anything this morning, Reckon if I'm back to my usual standards I'll make this stick and hopefully a few days off will give me refreshed motivation!
