Ok searched all round the area I thought this was in, is the shutter definitely down during the day?

Can I give another clue? There's no way I'm going to get to it in the next 6 weeks.

The shutter has always been down when I've been past, regardless of day and time which made me think the place had shutdown.

If it's still open that'd be awesome as it sounded like a bit of a treasure trove. In that case I'll apologise too for screwing this up I'll check again tomorrow mid morning.
