Definitely managed to put on weight despite all the riding. I blame the deliciousness of Ice cream. Last night there was this Ice cream shop that made a bowl out of a sweet pretzel and put 2 american sized scoops of ice cream in it. And then some whipped cream. And then some toppings. And then some fudge sauce. Naturally I ate it all and when they said it was for 2 people I laughed. Srsly though- if you ever find yourself in Bethlehem, PA, you need to track down this ice cream place.
