    Hi all,

This is my sensible road bike which I've owned for a couple of years now. I am emigrating to New Zealand and I only have space for one bike, so I'm taking the MTB and selling this. The components are a bit of a mix-and-match between road and MTB, but it all works well together, and the relatively upright riding position and 28c tyres means it's incredibly comfortable to ride.

Generally the condition is pretty good - the frame has lots of paint chips, with the occasional spot of rust in the chip (admittedly looks worse than in the photo, but still very presentable from a couple of yards away). It has the tiniest little ripple - I hesitate to call it a dent, it is so small it took me a few months to even notice it - on the downtube. Cranks and pedals are a bit scuffed, paint's chipped off the rear derailleur in some places. The older parts are used and you shouldn't expect them to be mint condition. The drivetrain has always been slightly noisy - noisier than my modern bike, at least, but never noisy enough to bother me, so I haven't bothered to investigate why. Drivetrain only has a few hundred miles so the sprockets and chain are very much unworn. The headset requires proprietary spanners which I have DIY'ed and are included (don't worry, I have access to a metalwork shop so they are made properly). More photos if you want.

I'd like £300 posted to mainland UK.
