I had so much fun working out finger_jockey
's tag. CitySprint van in the background => their office is in Scrutton St => that is one way towards east => according to one-way arrow signs photo taken facing south => street is north of Scrutton St. Find a building site on StreetView that is in earlier stages than that in the photo. Ride there in the morning, BINGO.
