Of the 3 then the middle one would be my choice, because it would be nice to give the user control over how many items they want on each page, and offset allows that.
Ideally it would be nice to have http://www.lfgss.com/thread/100073?offset=50 or perhaps http://www.lfgss.com/thread/100073/offset/50
