I'm not sure about straps like that, from what I've read they won't work on your kind of pedal, haven't seen anyone try though. These guys make a similar strap that works on any pedal with reflector mount holes, only difference is that these straps are diagonal:

How is the Concor saddle by the way? I'm considering one myself although I've not tried a suede saddle before - I ride in jeans a lot, do you reckon the suede will hold up or will it get marked and messed up? Does the suede make you stick to the saddle much? And if so, is it annoying?
