I say those muddy fox ones from sports direct ^^^. having used them about 5 times in rain I can say they're pretty good. a bit boil in the bag but nothing too awful (make an attempt to be breathable unlike the surplus ones), they're fucking cheap and roll up nice and small. plus, you can try them on at the shop on oxford st (if they still have them, they were in the far right hand corner by the 'bike' section) and if you don't like them then go buy some decent, more expensive, ones from a bike specific shop nearby, and it's not a wasted trip either way
