Graham Weigh has been rebranding these shit framesets from ebay. They were about 80 quid BIN - then they all disappeared. the rebranded ones are now 149.99 on the Graham weight website. Not cool.

Those were being sold at a HH jumble sale for £40 as a frameset.

Surely all that just suggests it's not yet finished - no tape because no brake levers yet. Benefit of the doubt, it wouldn't look bad as a single speed beater with brakes.
