Another cabe use warning. Spotted this as I left work this afternoon. It's under Bishop's Bridge on the footpath alongside the canal outside Paddington. An area I've previously considered relatively safe but it's all too quick and easy to get through one of these cables. In hindsight I should have taken the helmet and left a note for the unfortunate owner before that gets nicked too.
I've passed this several time before further down the canal near Westbourne Park, it's been there a while but I've never noticed that the keys actually in the lock!
