For Sale: Beater wheelset (possibly singlespeed)

Pair of beater wheels with tyres that were on my old Raleigh 531 before I restored it. Previous chap was running them singlespeed but looking at them they don't appear to be 'proper' singlespeed hubs - I guess he got lucky with the chainline.

Anyway, they aren't in bad condition but could probably use a service and minor truing, or use as-is. Tyres still have life. Yours for £25 (price drop from £35).

I'm interested but how are the break surfaces? Don't want to be picky considering the price but on a scale of 1-10?

Also interested, what is the spacing on the hubs? Standard road? Looking for a new SS pair for my gf's old Emmelle mixte, but need to check whether they'd actually fit or not

Brake surfaces are still quite good this is a good indication:

Front spacing 100mm and rear is close to 110mm - but there's room on the axle for spacers.
