  • It had been crashed so many times by previous riders that the top tube was slightly bent, and at high speed the rear end had a tendency to kick out a bit as you went around the banking

    The photo of your brother is great and it's really interesting to hear about his experience of the ride.

    Lovely bike and history, OP.
    I was in process of finding some history of my Ron Cooper track through a friend of Ron but sadly he passed before he had the chance to ask.
    Frame 958.
    Nice that he numbered them (even the fork is numbered) but too bad he didn't keep much paperwork!
