Can you help to identify these frames, bikes or parts?

I got this a few years ago from a reclamation yard, fixed it up but only recently started riding it again after a long stint in the shed (the bike, not me).

looks very similar to an early 80's 'clements' badged falcon i have; geometry, lugs, stays, fork crown, 'value components', all the same
