that won't work. I've looked at the commercials of that thing and at the website itself. It can't work. It's nice but it doesn't know what gear you are in. It doesn't know that so it can't give you any real info about your power usage. I can't find any info about a candence meter.

You can only get real info if you combine this with a candence meter or get power meter in the cranks or the pedals.

Its ant+ I assume is uses your cadence sensor as well as your speed sensor.

I really want their ANT+ smart phone reciever, and case combo. Then save up for a P2M.

I always carry my phone anyway. It has a nice big colour and touch screen. Its GPS enabled, and has a nice processor. But it it sits in my pocket while I squint at a small black and white screen. Seems bonkers to me.

Only works for the Iphone though . Might need to invest in a HTC Rythm (has inbuilt ant+ reciever), and set something up myself.

I'm going to put all my pennys fro my approaching B'day towards a power2max purchase I reckon. Then look into a android solution for display, and logging.
