Can you help to identify these frames, bikes or parts?

Ok, so bought these forks which were listed as track as I didn't notice the drilling... I think they are road, pretty damn sure, but the ebay seller still swears blind they are Colner Track forks... the clearances are pretty big too (about 10-15mm's). What are other peoples thoughts? I'm not sure whether to repaint them for my Colnago... closest I will ever find to Colnago track forks?
