Interesting opinion as a full Delta groupset with wheels, all in good condition on a good day might set you back £1K on eBay. Add something for patina, love, Italian goodness etc and you're not that far off. Sorry, I mean hipster tax!!!!!
The seller says offers and if I was looking I'd try him with something lowish without disclosing my price thoughts above!!!!
