I'd be surprised if saving £100 by going to a bargain basement crank really features heavily in decision making processes of Power Meter buyers but hey, stranger things have happened.
BB30 - relevant because BB30 spindles should be a tight fit yet the Gossamers are not - it would be surprising* to find that their 24mm spindles are too tight.
*or perhaps not given FSA's QC.
Anyway, whatevs - just tap the spindle with a mallet - it won't break, worst that can happen is the DS bearing sleeve will come out with the crank spindle.
