If you are riding a fixed gear on vertical drops a half-link 1/8th is the bombproof and easiest solution.
On a classic road frame with horizontal drops or on pista drops you just use normal 1/8th chain.
Yes, there are Eccentric bits you can buy but to be honest thats a whole lot of moving parts which will at some point loosen and wear.
We ride fixed gear because we like the ruggedness that simplicity brings. Putting complexity back into the equation just negates everything.
