Geeks on wattage advise turning auto-pause off, and setting the recording intervals to each second rather than smart recording due to the adverse effects on data accuracy.
Not that anyone will give two shits about this, but I felt like sharing.

I have it selected as I'm only really interested in my moving avg, and even then, I'm not *that *interested. I'm certainly not interested in skewed ride duration stats due to sitting at a billion traffic lights on the way in and out of town on a Sunday morning, nor am I interested in time spent pissing into hedges or admiring views.
I don't Strava my commutes because 1.5 miles each way is of no consequence to anyone.

Depends on how you travel that distance, surely?

A 2.4k "run" is hardly worth recording.
Does Strava have a space hopper section yet? -

I've recorded 1k ambles to the shop. I had a strava race with my old workmates to the pub and back and lunchtime.
Anything that can be GPSed is fair game for a strava segment, tbh.

I reckon a pogo-stick would be quite a challenging cardio vascular workout partner for a commute of that distance

MyddelOfNowhere darting down Amwell Road this morning, with an urgency usually reserved for the Death TT. Late one at Norths last night?

He was in the middle of nowhere last night.

Somebody undertook me whilst I was passing a bus and clipped me with his pannier bag yesterday. He was absoutely hooning it and had a Garmin. I assume he was segment hunting.
I was actually quite grateful that he jumped the next red because it has been a long time since I've lost my temper that badly on the bike.

I was actually feeling a bit leaden legged this morning after a very fine TNRC last night. I try and get ahead of the crowd off that junction to avoid getting boxed in and bogged down. Didn't notice you amongst the melee tho, or were you observing from a different viewpoint?

He was tagging you. Nothing to be worried about. There will be a clue.

That happened to me once, I chased the guy down and gave him a very stern piece of my mind (doing 20mph+, he almost sent me flying)... No fisticuffs, just strong words...
I posted my experience on LFGSS and got stick for being too violent... :|
I did once punch a guy in the mouth for undertaking tho'... On reflection, not cool...

Asked a guy to do a skid as he was grinding up Greenwich Park hill this evening - I was doing reps on a crabon geared bike: I know, bike radar>>>>>>
Anyway, he looked cross - with a hint of perplexity, so probably not on here, (or just thought I was an idiot for requesting an uphill skid at low speed) but man, did he look on here. Saw a couple of other people going up there fixed, but couldn't das them with any conviction after that.
Yes, the Edge 200 can do auto-pause.
