Ok as you can see this bike is rad as fuck, in fact its too rad, which is why i'm selling it. I just don't use the thing, its too bling. I spent a fair bit of cash on this sourcing all the sweet good bits you can see.
So here's the deal i'll list all the parts and their prices, but if someone wants to give me £500 for the whole thing its yours.
Frame & Fork - Leader 722ts with Carbon Alpina track forks
This is the only good frame Leader have ever made. They still make a version but its got stupid cut outs and gash decals. This ones in boss hogg raw finish with really minimal decals. Its got adjustable drop-outs, 27.2 seatpost and is generally awesome. Made of steel (i can't remember what off hand) its light enough to make tommmmmm think it was alu the other day.
The forks are the super steep Alpina track ones made by Dolan, I had them professional drilled so you can run a brake if you like. It'll come with a proper seatpost bolt not the pitlock pictured.
£180 or £225 with a Chris King Pewter headset (which I'd like £50 for on its own)
** 'Zipp' 60mm Carbon front wheel **
Ok so this isn't really a Zipp, its a Chinarello rim with an ultra light cartridge bearing hub and bladed spokes (one is actually a Halo round one, but its so hard to spot) I've got two spare bladed spokes which I will give to you when I find them.
Also comes with a Conti Gatorskin tubular tyre and Halo allen key q/r.
Some people are afraid of tubs and they're fools. Theres nout wrong with them, I've had no problems, no punctures, even on London's roads.
£125
**Rear wheel - Halo Aerowarrior on Shimano XT hub **
Yes son, this is a good wheel; in fact its fucking bomb proof. 23mm wide Halo aerowarrior rim, for that sweet sweet tyre profile. Black Halo spokes and bestest hub for your sweet fixie:
The Shimano XT M756! Motherfucker is a converted MTB hub! its meant for bombing down mountains so the road aint nutin' but a thing for it. It uses a bolt on cog (19t included, i've got an 18 somewhere if you'd prefer) so theres none of the lock ring bullshit, nothing to come loose, no cross threading. Just undo the bolts, slap a new cog on and do them back up, its that easy.
It's been spaced to 120mm with the Velosolo kit, and has a solid axle. I use the same hubs on two other bikes all winter, and as along as I ride fix I will continue to, they're brilliant.
And no you can't have that gatorskin on it, I need it.
£80
Cranks - Sram S300 with a 48t CNC Stronglite Zircal chainring
Should I ever be building another modern bike again I will be getting these combo again, it's still and light. Has GXP external bearing for silky smooth running. I've got the original chainring somewhere if you want it, but its grey and 3/32 which is why I replaced it with the Stronglite. The cranks have got some small chips on the paint, but nothing you can't fix with a sharpie.
£70
Thomson seatpost (27.2) and stem (25.4)
Everyone knows about these £40 for the seatpost and £25 for the stem.
Stripped Flite
£15
**No name Alloy risers with charge grips **
£10
I think thats it. So yeah, £500 for the lot if anyone wants it, collection is in N19.
