Highly recommend the Paul Duplex lever.
The Company owners own words about that lever:
Turns out there are lots of adaptive cyclists that it has been a major help to as well. Once we built a few though I knew it was a winner. One of my favourite parts.
Taken from an interview here.
You can find their Canadian Distro here.

Some people find the Paul lever to be uncomfortable (square edges).
I've used all three and would recommend the Promax (plus it's cheap to boot).

You could also PM Rik, he's still doing the levers isn't he?
(I broke a promax, but rik's has lasted me over a year... No experience of Paul's though)
-
• #93
I broke a Rik in a couple months.
-
• #94
mine lasted me 2 years

• #95

Cheapest place you'll get a decent one is here, unless someone's giving one away of course...
-

The kinoko price makes it a bit pointless to sell one second hand, crazy low price
