Just to put my 2d worth.
Had some Phil & H+Son wheels built recently, the cost was.
Front £98 (v. cheap), Rear Fx & FW £110 nos from here, rims FF & SL42 £140 from Tokyo, Black DT Comp £45, Build was £55. Total £453.
My hubs are silver, black ones are about 20% extra. These for £350 with tyres...well cheap!
