surely you could just buy up a bunch of houses dismantle and sell the wood / roof tiles / copper wiring / floorboards at a profit
of buy 5-6 houses knock 'em all down and using the pile of rubble build something pretty nice on a decent sized plot of land
america is once again the land of opportunity ... well detroit is
i wonder how many more us cities are like this ?
