from the fork end because this was not for sale for others , and because CBT made frames for other companies ( also for KTM / Austria) and thats why the BB shell CBT engraving missing ( ok this is not evidence :) ). ... yeah, not 100% but 99
So overall i think this is maybe a KTM strada made by CBT for KTM
Also i forgot, the frame is not powdercoated, this is 'real' paintwork
