^^ This ^^ Getting help is a nightmare one of the reasons Peter could not ride himself in the end was lack of support, I put the signs out on Saturday with him and he said how many people had let him down, it is a shame not more riders families would step in to a Hi-Viz and wave a flag at a junction.

Yeah I know what you mean. Unfortunately for me, I want to ride and gf is my helper and that's us done.

I marshalled a road race last year as I feel obliged to give something back but it's tricky if I'm not racing I'm training so most weekends are booked. Later in the season is when I do less and can lend a hand but by that stage it's mostly hills climbs and 10s which need far less help.
