  • That was a really good session. Despite being my least favourite race, i liked that we did scratch twice in a row, makes sense to help you try different tactics. Also think i pushed myself a bit harder than usual, and attempting more working at the front.

Good to meet you dan, see you next time.

You too man. See you next week I hope.

  • Last night was good. Really struggled to keep pace bt I just have to keep coming and training, eventually it'll happen. Could do with a smaller gear as well.

  • Yeah man, you looked like you were grinding away a bit in the fast bunch stuff. There were times where I felt like a washing machine moving up the outside on the banking on 84", but generally was quite happy - I think it keeps your much fresher for the whole session if you're on a lower gearing.

Must remember to roll around the track centre a bit more in between the drills instead of standing around - took until the 4th lap in the H&H's for my legs to feel OK.

  • Anyone down tonight?

  • I'm in.

  • Sweet, I'll be in Grupetto kit on a giant omnium...

  • I'm in!

  • If no rain and if I can escape in time from work, in too!

  • ^^Will we be seeing your racing debut on Wednesday?

  • Have you got enough stamps already tibbs?

  • I don't think it will rain- though it's hard to say: forecast for Brixton says no, forecast for crystal palace says yes :-/

  • ^^Will we be seeing your racing debut on Wednesday?

    Who, me?

Are you confusing me with someone else? I don't have a license...

  • Don't have enough stamps and realise I may actually not be able to make it tonight either. Not in a hurry to race yet though.

  • I'm planning to race on Wednesday, weather permitting. If the forecast is for rain I'll chuck the TT bike in the car instead and race at Hillingdon.

    I meant the chap below

Don't have enough stamps and realise I may actually not be able to make it tonight either. Not in a hurry to race yet though.

Are you getting stamps on Mondays to allow you to race on Wednesday? How many do you need?

  • You need 3, but personally I feel they should ask for me. it's quite easy to turn up for 3 sessions, piss about then go racing.

  • I think it's just up to you, if you feel ready then go for it, but there's no rush as far as I'm concerned...

  • hoping to come down tonight, stepping up from basic, does it start at 6 or 7? hhwebsite says 6 but i think people here say 7..

  • starts at 7 - worth getting there at 6.45 to sign on and get yourself sorted though.

  • Session starts at 7, though the new warmup track is available earlier; quite handy if it takes you a while to get the legs going and you aren't travelling there by bike.

  • I'm doing a double shift at work tonight so I am out. Have a good time you lot!

  • Boo.

  • i'll be there is i can get out of work on time.
