• When tracking on Parcelforce there's a period when the item doesn't 'move'...I often have italian stuff shown as delivered on Poste Italiane ( usually to the export hub ) but shows as Milan Delivery agent on Parcelforce, with 'advised' as the status. It appears that the parcel has been mis-delivered to a recipient in Italy on the local tracking, but it's part of the export route.
    This basically means it's sat in Milan airport for at least a week until someone sticks it on a plane to UK. Once it's arrived here, you'll get 'International Hub' processing then 'Local Hub' and finally 'on van' within 48 hours. The first time I was left waiting over week I thought I'd been scammed...
    If hadn't been sent you wouldn't have a tracking number.
