Look, the OP is looking for someone "who knows their bikes and is really great with customers"; in response to a large female customer base he'd "like to represent women amongst the staff a little bit more"; and, what's more, he wants this person to work Saturdays. And what's he offering for all this? "The pay is basic min wage, whatever that is!" Not even the living wage, but the absolute least he can get away without breaking the law.
There may be times when that's all an employer can afford (but I doubt it), but if it is, show some fucking respect and work out what it is you're asking people to accept and don't be so flippant about it.
And is it really "good of him" to let us know about this supperb minimum wage opportunity? Or do you think advertising it for free on here played a part with this high-roller? I'm all for publicising jobs to members on the forum, but I'll leave it to you to give him the hand job you think he deserves.
